Hi, I’m Andy.

I’m a partially retired psychiatric nurse and psychotherapist (CBT and EMDR), now spending more time doing what I’ve always loved — writing.

I’ve never been properly published, even by me (I’ve issued several rejection letters to myself over the years), but I’ve accumulated a lifetime of ideas.

I write comedy and satire (as Andy Lancelot), dystopian fiction and occasionally something more serious and philosophical (as Andrew Lancelot)

I’m under the influence of writers like Douglas Adams, Kafka, Camus, Francois Sagan and James Joyce among others.

I many ways my biggest influence is Douglas Adams… I have a habit of starting projects. Finishing them is becoming a more recent development.
